What is it?

Direcht Restore is a physical deterioration and escalation application for use in care settings, developed in partnership with the HIOW. The application helps with the early detection of deterioration is residents and patients and provides advice about the most appropriate escalation pathway and monitoring guidelines.

Direcht Restore ensures that relevant data is captured at each stage of care and this data is then used to provide advice on the best cause of action. With Direcht Restore you are able to enter patient vital signs and receive an automatically calculated NEWS2 score and escalation pathways based on that score. The system also allows for routine vitals signs to be taken with the ability to set timeframes and reminders. The effort of collating data, using multiple systems and making calls to external healthcare professionals can be reduced by using Direcht Restore. All data captured by Direcht Restore is held chronologically, which is helpful for reviews by managers and CQC auditors.
