Direcht Restore is a highly effective deterioration monitoring and escalation application to be used in Care and Nursing Homes, as well as Domiciliary care. It is web and tablet based and can be used across multiple devices such as computers, laptops, and tablets. The digital version provides increased automation, alerts, and monitoring of the physical deterioration and escalation of residents.

How does it work? It is based on nationally recognised methodologies including early recognition (Soft Signs), the national early warning score (NEWS2), structured communications (SBARD), and Emergencies. Direcht Restore enables care workers to share their data instantly with other care teams such as Ambulance, GP, Telehealth, and others, thereby enabling prompt and informed intervention.

Company may collect certain information as provided by the care home on the application and may anonymously use such data without disclosing any identifiable information of any members of the Direcht Restore Application. Our company culture respects the values of secure sharing and our End User License Agreement for use of the Direcht Restore Application is provided to the users in order to understand the terms and conditions of use of the Application by the members and how the data will be used by the Company.
